1972 Plymouth Fury 3 review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Oil pump failure 35000, had to replace the valve train and cam/lifters.

Other wise basic maintenance.

General comments?

Very comfortable, reliable car.

I get 14-16 MPG in town and 20-21 on the road.

The body is in remarkable condition.

It starts and runs like a fuel injected car. it even squeals the tires and screams down the road better than the 455 in my old pontiac did.

The only mods I have made are the intake and carburetor. When I bought it I got maybe 12 mpg, but after I put on the performer manifold and a Holley 390 4 barrel, the mileage and power went up.
