1998 Toyota Camry Conquest review from Australia and New Zealand
"Refined, smooth and comfortable touring"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
Totally reliable; engine beautifully smooth and quiet; smooth automatic; seats more comfortable than they first feel, can spend all day in comfort; impressive performance.
Attrociously huge turning circle; ground clearance poor at approach and departure, adequate over humps; high road noise for rear seat passengers - strains conversation with front seat;
Would definitely buy again if turning circle was significantly improved.
