2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review from North America
"Not worth the money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The seals on the windows leak and have constant air noise when driving.
The transmission went out after only 44,000 miles.
The automatic security system linked to the ignition was faulty and would lock up the ignition so the truck wouldn't start.
The back door handles on the inside of the back doors of this quad truck have broken repeatedly.
General comments?
A lot has gone wrong with this truck in the three and a half years we have owned it and Chevy has been reluctant to fix anything.
The transmission going out when the truck was only 8000 miles out of warranty was terrible.
