2002 Ford Maverick XLT review from UK and Ireland

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Absolutely nothing.
General comments?
This really is an excellent car particularly for on road driving. It's very quick (for a 4X4) and it is extremely smooth and quite. I've read one report that claimed that the Maverick has lack lustre performance and is not fun to drive, but quite frankly I don't believe that this particular test driver had even seen a new 3.0 litre Maverick, let alone driven one. It is enormous fun to drive and it goes like a rocket!
