1991 Chevrolet Blazer S10 review from North America
"Excellent bargain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Cosmetic problems include paint peeling, rusting, tape deck broke, plastic seat belt covers came apart. The seats and console in immaculate condition after all these years still.
Mechanical problems were minimal and mostly just regular wear and tear service required.
NEVER take this truck to the dealer of any kind of repair!!! I was financially raped!
Now I only take the truck to independently owned garages.
General comments?
I have driven this car over hell's half acre. I recently just drove from Ontario to South Carolina in it. It is comfortable, reasonable on gas, tons of cargo space and a total pleasure to drive, even if it is 13 years old!
This light truck still has independent steel bumpers and side impact beam, but no airbags. But I consider it to be one of the safest vehicles on the road today.
I love my truck and shudder to think I will have to get a new one someday.
