1986 Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint / Sprint Cloverleaf review from Australia and New Zealand
What things have gone wrong with the car?
A little bit of re-occurring rust creeping onto the right rear guard.
Usual electrical quirks such as the fog lights often not working.
General comments?
The Sprint is a relatively cheap car to obtain, yet it out performs most cars of comparable price. The Sprint is an enjoyable car to drive at speed and can comfortably leave 70% of cars on the road in its wake if pushed.
It is ideally an open road cruiser, as its heavy steering and cramped cockpit are frustrating for town/city driving.
A great first classic to own, and an exciting introduction to the Alfa Romeo marque.
