1982 Buick Century Limited Custom review from North America
"A classy, fast, extremely dependable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have had a continuous oil leak. This leak needed about one quart of oil in between oil changes.
I have replaced the fuel pump 2-3 times.
I have replaced the water pump.
Replaced the Oxygen sensor 2 times.
Even after alignment, the car pulls right.
Slight "trademark" body rust, on door, and behind rear wheel wells.
General comments?
This was my first vehicle ever and I will seriously miss it when it is gone. For being 18 years old the car is in better shape then newer vehicles.
The engine has some punch to it.
The seats are very comfortable.
Visibility out of all windows/mirrors is terrific. I feel very comfortable driving this vehicle on the highway.
This car has never had any major mechanical problems.
According to the mechanic this engine has no major flaws to it.
I wish I could keep this car forever.
