1979 Pontiac Bonneville Landau review from North America
"Comfortable yet sporty cruiser"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My master cylinder went out at around 140,00 miles.
My fuel pump went out and I converted to an electric pump.
My gas gauge does not work properly.
The head liner has started to sag.
General comments?
This car has plenty of power and handles better then most new Honda Accords etc.
The space on the inside is enormous. I have plenty of room to fit a six foot five inch person in the back with the seat all the way moved back.
The seats are very comfortable yet do not recline at all. There is not very many power options available for the car either, just standard air conditioning.
The styling of the two door Landau looks great and even comes with fender skirts. The wheel wells are large enough to fit ten inch wide rims underneath too.
