1998 Acura Integra LS review from North America
"Fun, reliable, sporty, stylish, and cheap!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The paint on the roof and trunk is noticeably fading, but surprisingly, the rest of the cars paint still looks new.
Sometimes I hear a popping noise coming from the back. I think it may need new struts.
General comments?
I bought the car at low retail price from a dealer with numerous modifications. It came with a Greddy cat-back exhaust, DC sports air charger, Altezza tail lights, white ICW racing rims, and performance tires.
My car is red with white rims which makes it stand out and look very unique.
I constantly red-line the car around town just to hear the exhaust and air charger rumble. It seems to have no problem whatsoever being driven very hard.
It has nice pick-up, but I would not mind more power (comes with only 140hp stock).
This car is not even close to being a race car stock, so it's funny to see all the teenagers around town trying race these things against muscle cars.
For what I paid for the car, I wouldn't complain even if I had some minor problems.
I would highly recommend this car.
