1990 Nissan Maxima S.E. review from North America
"Nissan Maxima from 1988 to 2004 great cars"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I wan't to give you an honest and valid review of 1990 Nissan Maxima that's common to drive in the streets. The transmission had to be changed at 165,000 miles which means that it took 14 years for the tranny to blow out! A milestone! However, the electrical wiper arms had to be replaced and repaired about 3 times in 2 years and it still doesn't work. I spent about $700 to get the wipers to work and I'm driving in the rain and snow with no wiper arms. The suspension is absolutely terrible which causes the tires to blow out all the time when driving on a bumpy road. However, Nissan Maxima are incredible long lasting cars...
