2004 Honda Accord EX review from Bangladesh
"It seems like a nice car, need couple of more years to determine if it really gives Honda quality"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Car came with a casettee stereo, even though it can use a CD changer, the dealer steered me away from choosing that option. Their rationale was a CD changer is not within Honda's warranty.
Every two weeks I have to take my car to the dealer to drain excess oil, supposedly this is a problem with the fuel quality in Bangladesh, I cannot verify that claim.
Honda has done a very poor job in selecting a dealer for Bangladesh, this exclusive dealer is not customer friendly, run by unprofessional people and on every step I could feel that I am not getting the true facts. There seems to be a complete incoherence between the sales and other departments.
General comments?
Car has a beautiful look, I was considering Suzuki Liana, but chose Honda City because I had wonderful experience with Honda Accord in the USA. Because of the customer service by the Honda dealer in Texas and the car's quality I picked Honda City in Bangladesh. However I am not sure if I have made the right decision, the dealer gave a very poor service and there is not much information available on Honda City.
