What things have gone wrong with the car?
Needed new c. v joints.
Oil seal leaks.
Rust removal required below front window and firewall also rear chassis rails where back bumper mounts on body.
Up-graded rear shock absorbers.
New brake shoes and disc pads.
Rear suspension bushes.
Gear box needs changing can't shift down from 4th to 3rd gear.
Exhaust manifold rusted through by heat shields.
Cat removed.
General comments?
Good learners car!
Not over endowed with power, but works well if rev'ed hard.
Cheap to run even when run hard
excellent brakes, front hand brakes is a good idea.
Our car fully optioned with cruise control, electric dash, trip computer, electric windows, air conditioning.
