1987 Dodge D50 Sport review from North America
"A great daily driver/small work truck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced Brake master cylinder at 60000 miles.
Rebuilt transmission at 95000 miles, due to bearing failure.
Coil died at 102000 miles.
Replaced carburetor at 102500 when solenoids quit working, replaced with a factory carburetor, but should have went with an after market one, would have saved time and money.
Recovered seats at 195000 miles due to being worn.
Rebuilt engine at 198000 miles when the head cracked, I had a large load and over heated the engine.
General comments?
I like the style of the truck.
It has been a really reliable truck for the money.
It's fun to drive and the gas mileage is good.
I would buy another if Mitsubishi still imported them.
