1988 Ford Falcon S Pack review from Australia and New Zealand
"A great first car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Gas Converter had a hole in its cast.
Power-steering Rack cracked leaking power steering fuild everywhere.
Radiator Cap lets reservoir overflow leak water.
Front and Rear Seats started to wear as soon as I got it.
Plastic Trim around back window is fraying and cracking.
Clutch cable hole fractured, making the clutch cable shift and making the car un-drivable until fixed.
General comments?
Car handles well, but gets noisy when reaches 100km.
Car is good on performance, on gas and petrol.
With a 85lt gas tank in the boot there is not much room left.
The wiring for the factory sound system was hard to understand when installing a CD Player.
Everything is good about the car with its features, but someone has gone to a lot of trouble because they removed the air-conditioning system when it stopped working.
