1998 Chevrolet S-10 Sport review from North America
"4 cylinder is underpowered, v6 isn't much better"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Catalytic converter went bad 65,000 miles.
Rear Universal Joint started squeaking (subsequently replaced) at around 68,000 Miles.
Hood latch (cable) failed at 77,100 miles.
General comments?
Trucks motor sounds almost like a jeep, but checks out when diagnostics are done.
Runs well, easy on gas, takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'
Sure, its had its problems, but overall its been a great truck.
