1997 Fiat Bravo HGT review from Israel
"The cylinders are singing!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The rear brake pumps failed at 95,000.
Some of the meterial around the steering wheel started to come off.
The airbag light has been on since I bought the car. Dealer said the sensor failed. cost it around 500$ here.
Gear movement feels stiff. dealer said this is common in bravo's.
Fuel outer seal door broke at 98,000.
Watch for this as the mechanism is simple and flimsy.
General comments?
I used to own many gt-like cars before, and this is truly an exeptional machine.
Feels like it needs a 6th gear.
Steering is a bit light. feels a bit
floating.
Insane fuel bills. the car eats petrol like crazy.
Brakes are not punchy enough for this power.
20v engine sounds amazing.
Won't sell it for any amount. will drive it until it will be a rust bucket!
