1990 Ford Falcon EA II review from Australia and New Zealand
"Affordable, comfortable and reliable!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car has a reco motor in it, and had not had the timing chain/guide fixed, hence theres a rattle.
Harmonic balancer needed replacing.
Power steering pump needed some attention.
General comments?
An excellent car for its age. The interior does not rattle at all and the dash has not cracked. Interior is quite large and comfortably seats 5 adults. The motor is durable and is fairly quick off the mark, not sucking up too much fuel surprisingly for a large 6. Parts if needed are easily found in wreckers and are cheap. The roof lining is starting to sag, but is a trait for that era of car.
