2003 Nissan X-Trail T Spec review from UK and Ireland
"Not very reliable at all"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
In December 2003 I brought a new Nissan X Trail T Spec Diesel after only a few weeks the electrical and lighting system failed and a unit within the dash area had to be replaced. The part was not available in the United Kingdom and had to be ordered from Japan. Now nine months later and only nine thousand miles a fault with the diesel injection system has again meant that the vehicle is off the road again this time for up to three weeks as no parts are available in the United Kingdom.
General comments?
Sadly Nissan in my case have not been very helpful at all, the dealer is fine, but there is little or no customer service. Sadly the Nissan technical service backup is lacking to.
