2002 Kia Rio Cinco review from North America
"Drive it conservatively and it will treat you OK."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Vibration through steering wheel above 62 mph, began after 25,000 miles.
Motor mounts broken.
Driver's side door latch sticky.
Wind noise requiring replacement of door gasket, which didn't help.
Windshield broken by rock, replacement windshield whistles above 60mph.
General comments?
Very little power.
Better gas mileage than anticipated with the automatic-32 worst and 35 best, after engine break-in which seemed to happen after 25,000 miles.
Driver's seat and position are very comfortable.
