General comments?

I bought a 1992 Mercury Topaz last March (automatic transmission). The body is good, the engine, transmission and so on. Unfortunately, it gives me a terrible headache, after a week of driving. Whenever I drive the car, the front hood is vibrating like a boom boom box speaker. Then one day, the starter failed, I replace it. The car is back on the road again, but another problem exist, the car get stalled whenever I make a left or right turned such as in doing parking or turning in intersection stop. It is terrible, the car engine stalled and needs to be restarted. Imagine, how dangerous is it, I will be hit from the rear-end or the sides whenever my car stops on the middle of traffic lights doing left/right turn. For a remedy, I replaced the steering sensor as per suggestion of one Ford dealer technicians. So I did and no improvements, engine stalled again on turning the steering wheels. Worst, another problems exist, after 2 days, while driving in the street, I've noticed that oil was ejecting tremendously to the intake. The air filtered was soaked with oil and there is less oil left in the engine. I just filled up the engine with oil before I drove the car during that day. I went to the car garage and the mechanic suggested that there is problem with the engine, the engine needs to be replaced. So I replaced the engine, it was a good engine, it solved the engine stalled problem. Then guessed, what's the next problem, after I picked up the car in the garage and tested it for 2 hours driving, the car is in good condition and no problems. However, the next day when I'm going to work and cruised in the highway, the transmission doesn't want to shift to the next gear, the speedometer only goes to 40 km/hr even how hard I pressed the gas accelerator. Imagine, I've been driving the car in 40 km/hr on a highway with a minimum speed of 100 km/hr. Oh no, I almost replaced everything with that car i. e battery, radiator, gas filter, fused, pcb and so on. With dismayed and frustration, I gave up and realized that this tempo/topaz car is a garbage car and not worthy to replaced or repair the transmission. It already cause me a big headache financially, a total expenses of $5000 for buying and replacing the parts not to count loses of being late at work. Pathetic, I only drove this car for 3 weeks with less than 1 hour on the road each day. I decided to put this car in the junk and towed asap. I will never buy a Ford car again. It's nice to hear that Ford advertise their car in the media as built for tough, but in reality Ford cars are built with cracked. Also, it is better to have a second thought of buying Ford cars/trucks/minivans. For myself with my experience with Ford, Ford stands for => Forever Repair Daily (FORD).
