2004 Nissan X-Trail SE review from North America
"For the money you get a lot of technology used really well in a nice package"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Just bought the car. It really has a nice finish.
General comments?
I was first looking at getting an X-Terra and quite frankly I made fun of the X-Trail at first. I ahd no idea how great a vehicle Nissan has come out with. At 165hp it has plenty of get-up-and-go! It handles really well and I don't feel tall and "trucky" but I don't have to look up at anyone. The features inside to car like; heated/cooled cup holders, HUGE pana-roof, centered gauges and all the cool hidden storage cubbies! The 6cd changer is pretty quick between discs and the speakers POUND!
The only thing that I would change is the turn signal. When the lights are on and I use the blinker I seem to turn off the lights. The lights are activated by a rotating end on the lever and it turns rather easily. Hence my big clumsy hands switch off the lights when I want to turn, but if I'm careful it's all OK.
