1998 Holden Utility VS s pack review from Australia and New Zealand
"A sports ute with a big boot"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Spark Plugs and leads died at 40km.
Fabric starting to peel away from roof.
Windscreen washer bottle broke at 55km.
Driver side window collapsed on a 42 degree day (stuck to rubber seals)
General comments?
The Vs spack ut is a very nice ute.
She has done me very well.
Have driven her for 16 hours straight (about 2000kms) through some very hot country with rough roads and about 500kg in the tray at reasonable speeds 140km/h-160km/h with out any problems at all.
Standard exhaust, air filter and air induction lacking performance.
Thousands of aftermarket accessories for these babys and is possible to get them up towards the 200kw mark without spending to much hard earned cash.
I love my ute it would have to be the best transport I have ever owned.
Get a ute and your balls drop that extra inch...
