1993 Eagle Talon DL review from North America
"I think this is a great car with a little work"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I got the car the clutch was bad probably because the kid that changed it before me forgot to finish bolting the transmission back on so it twisted the center of the pressure plate apart from the outside. I also had to replace the back break calipers because they were seized. That also caused me to have to replace one of the brake rotors. Right now the car overall is in pretty good condition. There are a few scratches and dents, but nothing serious.
General comments?
I've had the car doing 123mph and still could have went faster, but I ran out of road so I know the car is very quick for being stock. Overall I have only put about $1000 into this car when I got it, and have never had a problem with it ever since. I am actually looking to sell this car though because I found another car that is pretty rare and I need the money quick before it is sold. I will probably buy another Talon again soon when I get the money just because I like that car and know someone who had one siting in their driveway that's not going anywhere anytime soon. I'm looking to get about $1500 for it so if anyone is interested I live in NY. My cell is 429-9601 and my name is Matt. Thanks.
