1981 Holden Utility WB review from Australia and New Zealand
"An almost indestructible vehicle with a myriad of available options"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Apart from the inside drivers door handle snapping off, not much.
The carburettor gasket needed replacing.
Also the power window switch broke.
General comments?
These are fantastic cars, extremely reliable, but in desperate need of a 4 speed auto.
Parts are cheap as the wreckers are full of old ones.
Built very solidly with thick steel, but a little heavy on the juice.
Would be better suited to gas.
These utes usually die from rust and neglect rather than breaking down.
