What things have gone wrong with the car?
A power steering bearing was replaced under warranty at 30,000 miles.
The front axle cardan joints need replacing at 273,000 miles.
The A/C died at 170,000 miles.
The blower quit at 240,000 miles.
The cruise control quit at 180,000 miles.
I have replaced the water pump twice over the years.
The engine main seals started leaking at 200,000 miles.
The exhaust manifold cracked near the outlet around 180,000 miles.
General comments?
The cherokee has been in my possesion 17 years.
What is amazing are the things that have not gone wrong.
I am still running the original alternator and starter.
The interior is still in great shape.
The vehicle has never left me stranded.
I'm selling the jeep, but it's like cutting off my arm.
