2004 Saturn VUE AWD V6 review from North America
"Fast, Fun, good price for all the options you get"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
No problems noted at this time.
General comments?
So far my VUE is a great a SUV for the money, traded away a Z3 BMW so I could get a cheap vehicle for my dogs.
I noticed "different" type noise in the engine, was told it was fuel injectors clicking... When comparing engine noise to my last car (BMW) the engine is louder... guess that is to be expected.
I an really impressed with the power the 3.5L has.
The VUE gets decint gas mileage, over the holidays I have driven it 3k.
The AWD system I herd was just a glorified FWD with rear assist... In any case I was having fun driving through snow banks with snow almost up to the headlights in Buffalo NY. I honestly tried to get it stuck and didn't.
One annoying thing in the 100mph speed limiter, I realize it is a safety feature due to high center of gravity, with out it I think the VUE could reach impressive speeds.
Lots of accessories for the VUE.. I got almost every accessory added over the last month, easy to make you VUE unlike everyone else's.
