2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport LTD AWD review from North America
"Dependable car... not service"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Air conditioning recirculation light burned out requiring replacement of entire switch and panel at 47K.
Seat belt warning light when seat belt disconnected stopped working. Dealer & manufacturer are telling me that this is normal behavior when in new owners guide it states this warning indicator will illuminate when seatbelts are not fastened. At 47K.
After leaving at dealership for repair of above, when leaving "Service Engine Soon light" came on - diagnosed to be O2 sensor.
General comments?
Love how it drives, love the car. The paint on the roof appears to be a little thin so I'll probably have to do a paint job on it if I intend to keep it.
