2000 Hyundai Sonata GLS review from North America
"Don't buy it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Anything and everything has gone wrong with this car. However, the most recent problem was that the line from the radiator to the transmission broke and the car stopped. After the shop looked at the car they told me I had hit something and that was the only way it could have broken. Upon further inspection they decided that it wasn't my fault and ended up putting in a new radiator and a new transmission. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty.. otherwise I'd be out almost $4000. I have the repair records and my car has been in the shop 100 days over the last 3 years.
General comments?
The 2000 Sonata is a waste of your money and time. If you do decide to buy this car make sure you also purchase an extended warranty.
