2005 Hyundai Matrix review from Egypt
"Overall the car offers great value for money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Paint was scrubbed off of front bumper due an encounter with a sand storm.
Front headlights and fog lights were partially damaged due to the sand storm.
Left windscreen wash nozzle is not working.
General comments?
Just had the car for 22 days now and all looks good.
The cars stability seems good as well as its engine kick-off.
Cockpit's material feels and looks a bit cheap.
Lots of space in the seating area, but the trunk is a little tight due to the rear wheels spring mountings that eat from its space.
Car comes without rear wiper, trunk cover board, tweeter speakers nor driver's armrest. Which is all a little frustrating, specially the armrest.
Loudspeakers are too weak and sound gets distorted at mild volume level. Will have them replaced with another brand.
Front seats don't move backward far enough to accommodate tall people.
Visibility is great due to the tall front windscreen and high seating position.
Car rides high above the ground, which is great. Feels like riding in an SUV.
