1975 Dacia 1300 Standard review from Romania
"Runs smoothier and faster than many second hand cars I have seen"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Engine repaired at 100.000 km. Seats had to be changed. Bodywork has been done every ten years or so. Although it is known that carburettor may chocke, fuel pump may broke (and it is advisable to carry many spare parts with you), if you can afford to do a little mechanics, it serves you well, going up to 120kmph (cruise speed). If well cared, with all the original parts on it, you make sensation because there are not many cars at its age that look so good.
General comments?
Fine car for romanian roads.
