2005 Hyundai Matrix review from Egypt
"Practical motoring for a reasonable price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing serious so far.
Some noises from the right front and rear
passengers's doors when the radio volume is a bit high.
General comments?
This car is very roomy for it's size.
Transmission is rather not responsive when
at low speeds, which is the case in heavy traffic.
Hyundai Egypt took away the airbags and ABS systems and replaced the audio system to make the car cheaper!
Interior is OK, if a bit cheap. I like the center mounted dash board though.
Fuel consumption is realy high especially in heavy traffic, not even close to what I had from the Hyundai Accent that I used to drive before I bought this car.
Still I think this a very practical and reliable car for it's price.
