1991 Nissan 200SX review from UK and Ireland
"Make your passengers remove their nails fron the dash after you've taken them out for a spin!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Clutch is just going now, other than that it has just been serviceable parts like brake pads, alternator and power steering belts.
General comments?
Rear wheel drive grip means as long as it's kept in a straight line you get loads of grip.
I've introduced a K&N induction kit, full Mongoose stainless steel exhaust (sounds very loud), lowering springs, uprated brakes, dump valve and 17" rims with 215/40/17 rubber with more to follow soon.
Very fast, I've had mine pointing at 145mph on the speedo and still slightly climbing.
OK, it may look a bit bland as standard but chuck the 17"'s on, drop it and it looks fantastic.
Only problem is fast wet cornering, loads of fun if you expect it and control it for example on a roundabout, where powerslides are a must, but it will make your heart jump if the back end steps out when you don't intend it!!
