1999 Meyers Manx Beach Buggy review from Australia and New Zealand
"Fun, great looker and something to get buried in when I die!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Everything, I built it! It took me a while to iron out the bugs, but now it is great, fun, and cool.
General comments?
I took me 9 months to build; I lengthened the fibreglass shell so that the VW floorpan would be standard. I then added a 1.6L Subaru engine. It looks great and is great to drive.
If anyone is looking for a fun car to build and drive, the Manx is the one. I am no mechanic, just enough to be dangerous!!!!!
