1994 Lexus ES300 review from North America
"This car is the best value in it's class"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Powered antenna has broken once, oil leak started at 160000 miles.
General comments?
This car has a very smooth ride, feels like driving on new pavement everytime.
I researched before purchasing and found this car to be one of the safest vehicles in it's class. Just recently I was stuck in the front driver's side tire and door area by another car at approximately 50 mph. My car was totaled. The engine compartment was destroyed, but the driver's area was not disfigured internally. I walked away with only airbag cuts and burns. I credit this to the quality construction of this Lexus car. I could possibly still be in a hospital if I had been driving a different vehicle.
