1993 BMW 3 Series SE review from UK and Ireland
"Over rated, dated, and bad attempt by BMW"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The most anoying problem had to be the leaking water and condensation problems with this car. I heard that it's a major problem with most 3 series and can cost a packet to fix. Water seeps into the car, which soaks the passenger side footwell and backseats.
General comments?
This car is pathetic. I made a huge mistake! I, like many others went along believing BMW was the way foward - being a fashion statement at the time.
The interior is rotten, the equipment is poor (and they say this is an SE model, I've seen better equipped Golfs!) The only good point about this car has to be the handling, never gives you any doubt, even in the wet.
