2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT Coupe review from North America
"The 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT affords reliability and performance for a decent price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
A Factory Re-call on the coolant seal was completed.
The blower motor caused my heat to remain on overnight until the battery died, wherein the blower switch needed to be replaced.
The driver door refused to latch and latch was replaced.
The car seems to love to eat brake pads and rotors more often than the average vehicle.
There is condensation in the driver headlamp.
There is condensation in the rear driver side tail lights.
There is a leak which causes water to run into the trunk, causing a damp musty mildew smell and wetness.
General comments?
Overall I am pleased with this vehicle.
The repairs have been minor thus far and it has been very reliable. In fact, the most reliable vehicle I have owned.
I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for performance and reliability. I would buy another Pontiac product in the future.
