2004 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab SLT review from North America
"Great versatile truck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
So far, I only have one gripe with this truck. It has developed a rattle in the drivers side door next to the speaker. It's not bad, just mildly annoying to already have a rattle in a truck not even one year old.
General comments?
I have been very pleased with this vehicle so far. Power with the V-8 is adequate, but you can really feel the truck strain if you're pulling a trailer. I am able to achieve 18 mpg on the freeway. Also, I wish Dodge would have designed the seats so that they would recline all the way back, instead of just halfway. Also, the Air conditioning seems just a tad underpowered. It takes a few minutes in the summer for the interior to cool off. This may be because of the space in the Quad cab. The truck drives great and is very quiet and roomy. I would have no problem recommending this vehicle to a friend.
