1988 Daihatsu Rocky review from France

What things have gone wrong with the car?
After about 3000 km in Africa, the engine started to show signs of heating up, but after we changed the oil everything went back to normal.
General comments?
This car is incredible. We took it in the desert in Mauritania, through rocks and sand, and after 500 km of this, the car didn't have a scratch and all worked perfectly even though it was 16 years old...
I was also surprised with the amount of space at the back. There is a lot of it!
