2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer LS review from North America
"Big, powerful and broken"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Dash board electronics have gone out several times.
Tail light burned out twice in 3 years.
At approximately 50,000 miles, engine broke down while driving on freeway.
Dealer estimates 20 hours of labor costs just to find out what the problem is.
This comes to about $2,200. This does not include the repair of the problem.
GM claims that the engine is very difficult to access.
Is this not GM's fault?
GM customer service has not been helpful in addressing this issue.
General comments?
I love the Trailblazer for it's comfort, size and power.
However, this SUV was obviously a mistake to purchase, and has left us without a vehicle.
