1997 Ford F250 Super Duty XLT review from North America
"Don't buy unless you can pay for repairs!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
This truck is not a very reliable vehicle. I have replaced the glow plugs and the relay about 15 times in 2 years. This cost over $150.00 each time I have replaced the cam sensor this died and left me on the side of the road. I also had to buy a new transmission. This was $2300.00.
General comments?
This truck is awesome when it is working right wehich is not to often. I would reccommend to anyone considering a diesel to go with Dodge less things can go wrong. i.e. no glow plugs to worry about.
