2001 Nissan Maxima SE 20th Anniv. review from North America
"This car sucks!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had TPS sensor problems (took 3 trips to the dealership to fix), had 2 Oxygen (O2) sensors that had to be replaced, my exhaust pipe complete broke and detached from the muffler. (nothing was covered through my extended warranty - why did I pay $3000 for it again??) My starter had to be replaced. Steering Radio controls don't work some of the time. NISSAN CANADA HEADOFFICE AND DEALER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!
General comments?
This car looks nice, but is not NEARLY as reliable as an Accord or Camry. The dealer and head office service is FAR from acceptable. THIS CAR WILL GIVE YOU CONTSTANT ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS and the extended warranty will not cover it!
