1990 Lexus ES250 review from North America
"Awesome car only wish it was mine, and not my dads"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The leather driver side seat is ripping out on the side by the door, but is overlooked quickly by all the cool stuff it has in it. the valve cover gaskets had to be replaced and a high pressure power steering hose. and a 7.5 fuse which was the hole problem that the person we bought it from sold it for $500 (lol). the truck hinges has some problems too. it still buzzes wile accelerating, but I read up on it and think it is a power steering Reservoir, rather that the pump. because there was a recall I have herd, about that. OH, and the damn keys got lost so I am forced to use the valet key witch makes the security system go off for no reason.
General comments?
Well we just got it and I already love it. its got so many luxury systems in it. and it rides better that anything I've been in. the ECT I don't use much, but it gives extra power were you need it. the moon roof is nice and smoothly opens and closes without help, every time. the sound is better than my after market Panasonic system I have in my T-bird, and the factory CD player works like a dream.
