"So simple and reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
F.I.wheel brg. @ 90,000.
2 rads. @app 250K & 390K.
Rebuilt head, lifters, rings, brgs., etc +300K (in vehicle)
Replaced seat, rear bumper, gate latch.
Catalytic converter at 390K with HD standard exhaust.
General comments?
Long box, std. cab, last year of Japanese blt. PUs', would buy another if possible. Empty, it has more power than my GM Van did. I have 2 extra blades on rear springs and 8 ply tires for when I place the 8ft camper on it. Have high speed radials on mags and rides smooth right up to top speed (app 160K) All drive train excellent and still original. Works hard when camper on, but OK using lower gears. Could use power steering. Still uses no oil and I change it each 5K. Have never changed trans or rear end oil.
