1989 Pontiac GTA review from North America
"Fast comfotable classy beautiful auto"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I tuned it up the day I bought it $700.00. The car ran great, there was a performance chip in the computer. The wire in the ignigiton switch broke.
General comments?
The car still handles good, it needs shocks. It is fast I have a stage 3 performance chip in the computer and what a big difference it makes. So when those young guys in their Z28s and IROCS come up beside me and egg me on. I have to show them what they are really missing... they get a little mad because I'm a chick. I am getting ready to purchase a newer Trans-AM. I would never get rid of my 1989 I fell in love with that car, its beautiful and there isn't a million of them on the road.
