1994 Buick Park Avenue Ultra review from North America
"A high performance bargain, with luxury!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The supercharger bearings went. I found a company in California "Magnuson Products Inc" www.magnusonproducts.com (805-642-8833) that is an authorized rebulider of Eaton Super chargers. They sell the front half bearing assembly for around $350.00. This is typically the part that goes bad. I bought the whole rebuilt super charger $1100.00. The techinal staff @ Magnuson were great in answering all my questions, and told me to call back if I had more. I had never messed with fuel injector & super chargers before. The job was a breeze.
30 minutes to remove the supercharger, & about a little over an hour to reinstall. The reinstall took longer because I replaced valve cover gaskets, fuel injector o-rings, thermostat & gaskets, and a bypass hose for the water pump. So if you have this problem, you have another choice besides the dealer.

Great car!
