What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
Excellent car for it's price.
To be honest, I didn't like '01-'03 model of Elantra because of sad looking headlights, but '04 and newer are just beautifull car, especially sedan.
What I like about my Elantra?
1. Automatic climate
2. Powerful diesel engine with lot of torque
3. Very good sunspension
4. Passengers spacious room.
In my country Elantra is not very popular or offten car, but it gives me pleasure on big parking to find it easy among hundreds other cars.
Only thing I didn't like on that car was gray in-door catches so I changed them with chrome catches. But it was matter of style, not quality or functionality.
