2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee review from North America
"OK"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Drivers Seat started to rock. Rather than spending over a 1,000 on a new one I fixed the problem myself. I had to take the seat out of the car to fix it. The bolt broke off where it was holding the seat.
Drivers side power window motor is going out.
The outside door lock is broken. I can only unlock the car via the FOB.
Replaced all brake pads.
Engine Belt started to slip, had that replaced.
Hood Struts no longer hold the hood up.
Transmission is starting to slip, even after a flush. I am only @ 68k.
Gas mileage is starting to degrade a good amount.
General comments?
Overall it's a OK car. However, from what I am reading a lot of people are running into the same problems that I am running into.
