1999 Toyota 4Runner sr5 review from North America
"Look-alike truck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Suspension wears fast on bad gravel road.
Body on frame design loosen up fast and shows rattles prematurely. Sissy and car-like front end. Has the rugged look without the undercarriage. Second engine, don't push it hard. Miss my Cherokee and its solid axles and low-end torque.
General comments?
Overestimated rig. On-road rig. Cost me more than expected.
