1995 Honda Accord LX review from North America

The rotors got warped because the person I had work on the car messed up the break adjustment. I replaced the front axels since it only took an hour a side, and cost $70 per axel. Cheaper than having someone do the CV boots for me, anyway its more reliable than changing the boots. replaced the whole braking system because I didn't think the problem was where it actually was. well the parts were cheap enough, and the brakes work great now. had a funky problem with the clutch slave cylinder, replaced it, and the problem went away. replaced the starter at 120,000 miles, but that's to be expected. Over reved the engine and cracked the block. Threw some JB Weld (metal epoxy) on it, and haven't had any problems with the crack for 40,000 miles, and its still holding up.

The car is fun, but I'm looking for something new. Its one of those cars you have to get rid of because the interior gets warn out. The engine runs fine. I would love to have about 50 more horse power, and a better suspention. The body rolls more than I would like going around corners, and the ride is a little stiff. I would like a car with a little less road noise. In general it's a good car, Very reliable. good on gas unless you have a 5 speed since I shift around 5500 rpm's Odd power band between 4500 and 5500 rpm's.
