1994 Mazda MX3 V6 review from UK and Ireland
"Fantastic value for money and very reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing whats so ever on mechanical side.
Drivers seat starting to wear.
General comments?
This car is outstanding, but not as quick as I had hoped 0-60 8 seconds
Prelude 2.2 v-tec, civic v-tec ect, and cars of this status will out run the mx3 v6 off the line, but not through mid range the v6 will reel them in.
The handling on the other hand is great and the car is so smooth to drive.
Replaceable seat covers are handy and the seats feel and look great, back seats are cramped, but hey it's a sports car.
The engine sounds like porshe 911 and car pulls very hard through mid range after 4000rpm hold on tight.
You will struggle for mods, but the car is fast enough anyway.
Once you drive this v6 you will never want to go back to 4 cylinder cars.
